Welcome to Algebra 2
Welcome to Algebra 2 with Mrs. Bradford at St. John Vianney High School! This web page will be a resource during our time together where I will post assignments, materials, and other resources.
In order to provide an integral, quality education, these courses are designed to foster students’ deeper understanding of Algebra. Students will learn how to reason deductively in increasingly complex situations. This course requires that students apply real-life situations and translate them into mathematical models. In this course students will learn the tools needed to solve increasingly complex equations and create graphs of lines and parabolas.
This is my third year teaching at Vianney, and my husband, Kyle, and I are proud to be a part of Griffin Nation! In addition to teaching Algebra 2, I have previously taught Algebra 1, Geometry, and Statistics and Probability.
Before becoming a member of the wonderful faculty at Vianney, I worked as a math teacher in other area private schools for 9 years.
As a St. Louis native, I am a big fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and Blues. I also love Mizzou, where I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Education in Middle School and Secondary Math. I completed my Master's degree at UMSL last school year in Secondary Education with an concentration in Special Education.
